Order by December 10 to receive your purchase in time for Christmas via regular ground shipping.

Free U.S. Shipping within the continental United States on all regular-priced orders!

Please note it takes 1 business day to process an order. Please take this into account, along with the shipping method you select, in order to determine when you should receive your shoes. You will receive an additional email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. Your credit card will be charged only when shipping is confirmed.

FrenchComfort.com offers the following shipping options:

Free Regular Ground Service

UPS/FEDEX Standard Ground Service is free to FrenchComfort.com customers. Allow 5-10 business days to the 48 contiguous United States and 5-12 business days to Rural Routes within the 48 contiguous United States. There is a $5 (per item) shipping charge for all closeout (discounted) items.

Canada

We offer shipping to Canada for an additional charge of $20.00 for the first item ordered. A $5.00 charge for each additional item is charged for this service.

Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas shipping (via FEDEX)

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas for an additional charge of $20.00 for the first item ordered. A $5.00 charge for each additional item is charged for this service.

Second Day Air Service

In a hurry? UPS Second Day Air Service is available at an additional charge of $20.00 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Second Day Air service is not available for P.O. box or APO addresses since FEDEX and UPS do not delivery to these addresses.

Next Day Air Service

UPS Next Day Air Service is available at an additional charge. For this option, however, please call us to get a quotation from a customer service representative.

International Shipping

FrenchComfort.com offers international shipping for an additional charge of $40.00 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. The customer is responsible for any applicable duty/customs fees as well.

APO Shipping

FrenchComfort.com does ship to APO addresses. Just select the "Enter an APO address" option when completing your address information. APO shipping is free. There is a $5 (per item) shipping charge for all closeout (discounted) items. Please note that if you enter a PO box or an APO address we cannot give you a tracking number for your order as it is sent via the USPS. We're sorry but we cannot offer express shipping (i.e. 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) to APO addresses or PO boxes.

Special Note:
FrenchComfort.com tries to carry a very large in-stock inventory. However, if we don't have or cannot get the item you want, we will e-mail or call you to ask about preferred substitutes. This may result in an item being backordered or shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore a shipment may take longer than anticipated to be delivered to you.
