RETURNS
We encourage you to try your shoes on in your home so that you have no problems with the return. We only ask that you keep them in the condition that you received them.
Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange at any time. Orders can be returned 35 days from when you received
them for a credit card refund. Orders received after 35 days will receive a
store credit. (For closeout or discount items, all sales are final. We cannot offer a cash refund, but we will exchange the item or give you a store credit.)
To return an order, click here to generate a Return Authorization request for your order or by accessing the Return Authorization request link from Your Workspace. Print the completed Return Authorization form and include it along with your returned item(s). Please note an electronic store credit is given for all items returned without a Return Authorization form.
That’s it. All we ask is that you return the shoes unworn, in the original packaging. We recommend that you insure the package in case of damage during shipping.
*For sale-priced, closeout shoes, please note that all sales are final. We cannot refund, but will exchange for another shoe or a store credit will be issued.
We recommend you send your return via UPS or FEDEX or with tracking and signature confirmation with the USPS. We will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
A $5 credit in the form of an online gift certificate will be applied to your account to reimburse you for your shipping back to us. This credit is automaticaly applied towards your next purchase with us. We only reimburse $5 for shipping back to us (unless items received were incorrect). Full reimbursement of your shipping charges for returned items will only be granted due to an error that we made (we shipped you the incorrect size, style or color) or an acknowledged manufacturer's defect. If you think you are eligible for a reimbursement for shipping, include a copy of your shipping receipt in the returned items box. We will only reimburse regular shipping, not overnight. Please allow approximately 20 business days for your refund to be processed, after we have received the item(s) back.

Failure to return items to the above address will result in a $20 restocking fee. Any items not returned in the original shoe box, as well as some type of protective wrapping or protective box will also result in a $20 new-box fee. This applies to shoe boxes simply taped up with shipping tape. No COD's will be accepted. Please pay for the shipping of your returned items. We recommend for you to ship the items with insurance. This will protect your ability to receive credit on returned items that are damaged on route.
